Abstract:

This dam is about 450 ft. long including the spillway and has a maximum height of about 36.5 feet. The facility is considered to be in fair condition. This classification is based on steep slopes and some erosion at both the upstream and downstream faces of the earth embankments. The size is small and the hazard potential is significant. Investigations are recommended to determine the stability of the embankment.
