Abstract:

In analysis and simulation of Space-based Surveillance System Performance, a key variable is the scenesensor interaction, under subcontract to CSDL, Photon Research Associates has developed a software package capable of generating and manipulating terrestrial scene data sets as a function of major surveillance system and mission parameters.
