Abstract:
The stated concern for the book is with the tremendous challenge of improving the vigor and persistence of trainees under day-to-day circumstances that are not extraordinary. The characteristics and limitation of the ARCS Attention, Relevant, Confidence, Satisfication model for motivational design are presented ways to get, make, develop or generate the ARCS are discussed followed by suggestions for using the ARCS model in the various phases of IPISD.
