The technical objective was to expand on current, successful research efforts in the application of population specific instructional strategies by determining the generalizability of present categories of trainee population characteristics and by analyzing training specifications of existing Short Range Air Defense SHORAD weapons systems as a function of existing population characteristics and specified instructional strategies.
