Abstract:

The analysis documented herein is specifically applicable to the Liquid Cargo Handling System LCHS, ships work authorization boundaries SWAB groups 544-1 and 544-2 installed on A0-177, A0E-1, and A0R-1 Class ships. It considers only the systems and equipments installed and documentation effective as of 30 Sept. 1981. This system was selected for analysis by PERA CSS on the basis of its mission criticality and historical maintenance burden.
