Abstract:

The Multiple Launch Rocket System--an unguided, surface-to-surface rocket system--has excellent potential for significantly increasing the Armys artillery capability. Although some important testing still lies ahead, the system, so far, has done well and merits continued backing by the Secretary of Defense and the Congress.
