Operating the Tank Wars Model: Recent Changes for Explicit Motion, Etc

Abstract:

The TANK WARS model has been extended to include explicit gross motion and a number of other changes both major and minor. The motion changes require changes to the input files, but most of the other changes do not affect the inputs. The Users Information Manual is still the basic document describing the inputs to the model. This document only discusses changes since that users manual was written.
