This report focuses attention on the damage caused by Agnes to all affected areas within the Buffalo District. The information herein contains percipitation and weather synopses furnished by National Weather Service, provisional stage and discharge data furnished by the United States Geological Survey and damage estimates obtained by Field reconnaissance by Buffalo District personnel and the Soil Conservation Service during and after the flood.
