Abstract:

Beltzville Lake, located on the Pohopoco Creek in Carbon County, northwest of Allentown, Pa has been in operation since 1970. This report presents and briefly interprets the water quality data collected through 1979 related to the operation of the Beltzville Lake Project. it includes the general characteristics of the area influenced by the dam, the project itself, and the basin draining into the lake.
