Abstract:

A methodology to permit the deferral of missions in anticipation of slack periods in the mission schedule has been developed and incorporated in the Tactical Vehicle Evaluation Model TVEM. This reports, an addendum to AMSAA technical Report No. 311, dated October 1980, documents this methodology improvement.
