This report describes the design and development of a real-time robust APC speech coder that transmits high-quality speech over a 16 kbs channel with bit-error rates of up to 1. This volume Vol. II describes the implementation of the optimized adaptive predictive coding algorithm as a full-duplex real-time speech coder on the CSP Inc. MAP-300 array processing computer.
