Energy for Tomorrow: An Issue for Today.

A methodology is presented for the development of actions needed to resolve the energy crisis. Identified is a three point program 1 Describe an energy future for the United States based on the depletion of conventional energy sources, 2 Define the governments administrative and financial role for achieving this future, and 3 Channel government research, testing and procurement funds to the private and business sectors so that the development of appropriate technologies can commence. It discusses the inter-relationships among the various segments of society, economic interests and political forces as they relate to the energy problem.
