Abstract:

The management of assignment actions for Air Force officers has undergone significant changes over the years. This study examines the assignment management policies of the AF Manpower Personnel Center Palace Scope Team, which manages assignments for the Weapons Director career field, AF Specialty Code 17XX. The study addresses the organization of the Palace Scope Team, current career field management, changing conditions within the field, and anticipated problems in assignment management of Weapons Directors. author
