Abstract:

This is the Third Quarterly Report under a contract to investigate the design, test, and implementation of a set of algorithms to perform intelligent tracking and intelligent target homing on FLIR and TV imagery. The intelligent tracker will monitor the entire field of view, detect and classify targets, perform multiple target tracking and predict changes in target signature prior to the targets entry into an obscuration. The intelligent tracking and homing system will also perform target prioritization and critical aimpoint selection.
