Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to determine if there was a relationship between draft lottery numbers and losses, from the USMA Classes of 1972 and 1974 of those who had a lottery number at the time of release. The results indicate there is no significant relationship between draft lottery numbers and attrition of cadets in these classes. Author
