Abstract:

This handbook provides a ready reference in the day-to-day activities of a jobtask analyst. It provides the analysis information in an organized way that was only described before in very general terms. Each chapter describes in detail its respective theme of the analysis process, and has a foldout at the end of the chapter that outlines the major points and delineates any sequential activities. The handbook describes the specific details of jobtask analysis and the selection of tasks for training. It is a companion how to document to TRADOC Reg 351-4 which defines the management requirement and procedures. Included are auxiliary appendices that describe processes which occur closely together with analysis, i.e. Site Selection, Job Performance Measures, Job Aids and Learning Hierarchy.
