Abstract:

This is the first quarterly technical progress report for the Intelligent Bandwidth Compression IBC program DAAK70-78-C-0148. The report describes the results of the first three months of a seven-month technical effort to develop techniques and algorithms for achieving a 1,0001 bandwidth compression in image data transmission rate for RPV applications.
