Abstract:

A survey of over 40 industrial companies to determine feasibility and best approach for sale of surplus DOD low-grade phosgene. Fourteen companies expressed an interest in the phosgene andor associated ton containers. Summary data includes production and capacity of facilities for consumption of phosgene and related end products, quality of phosgene required, and an estimate of suitable marketing approach.
