Abstract:

This technical report documents an extremely low frequency ELF electromagnetic EM field simulator which was designed and built in support of biological tissue culture experiments performed at the Naval Medical Research Institute, Bethesda, Maryland. The simulator generates uniform electric and magnetic fields having the same characteristics as those which would be produced by the U.S. Navys proposed ELF communications system. Author
