Abstract:

The purpose of this primer is to provide basic instruction to military personnel in the use of the SIGMA message service designed for use in the Military Message Experiment. By following the instructions presented in this primer, military personnel without previous computer or terminal experience may easily and quickly become familiar with MME-SIGMA and its use.
