On Inverses of Vandermonde and Confluent Vandermonde Matrices III.

Abstract:

Lower bounds for the norm of the inverse Vandermonde matrix and the norm of certain inverse confluent Vandermonde matrices are derived. They supplement upper bounds which were obtained in previous papers.
