Abstract:

Cementing of temporary construction joints of a concrete dam was carried out for the first time on large-scale in Soviet practice in the construction of the Bratsk hydroelectric station. Careful analysis of the results of casting the entire dam made it possible to draw certain new conclusions which are presented in this translation. Author
