Abstract:

This is a report of an occupational survey of the First Sergeant career ladder, AFSC 10090, conducted by the Occupational Survey Branch, USAF Occupational Measurement Center, from December 1974 through February 1976. The report describes 1 development and administration of the survey instrument 2 task performance of airmen grouped by background characteristics and similarity of tasks performed 3 comparisons with current training and career field structure documents and 4 recommended actions for further study.
