Abstract:

A simple FORTRAN subroutine has been written to calculate the optical reflectance and absorptance of a multilayer coating. This subroutine calculates the optical properties for any angle of incidence, wavelength, or coating design. The index of refraction and thickness of each layer plus the index of refraction of the substrate must be specified.
