Abstract:

Two devices have been designed and constructed for use as support equipment for sounding rocket instrumentation systems. The Universal Time Delay was developed to provide supplementary timing functions. The Automatic Test System was developed with the aim of conducting battery chargedischarge tests with a minimum number of man-hours, and with unattended operation for at least 75 hours.
