Abstract:

The Leadership Monograph Series is dedicated to keeping Army leaders informed on a broad range of pertinent findings and techniques of leadership and management. The progressive model for leadership development presented in this monograph provides a broad, systematic and integrated view of the entire spectrum of leader development from the soldiers initial selection as an officer or noncommissioned officer throughout the individuals career.
