Abstract:

Tiedown patterns for air transport of the various configurations of the B28 weapon on the H-736 bolster and the H532 bolster were designed and tested. These combinations can be safely carried in current cargo aircraft. Transport of these combinations on the HCU-6E pallet is not recommended because of the amount of parking shoring required for roller load distribution.
