Abstract:

PREST4 is a program on the DECSystem-10 that takes an input file containing source code written in the PREST4 language, and generates an output file in standard DEC FORTRAN. As an option, it also generates a listing. Basically, the PREST4 language is an extension of FORTRAN with changes made to facilitate the writing of structured programs. Thus the name PREST4, PREprocessor for STructured FOR4TRAN, is coined.
