Abstract:

This report summarizes research on molten salt electrochemistry at the University of Illinois during a 10 year period from December 1964 to December 1974. It is intended to emphasize the broad objectives and findings of the program. Details as to experimental procedures, results, and interpretations have been published regularly in theses and papers, to which references will be made in this report. The body of the report is subdivided according to subject matter regardless of the chronology of the research.
