Participative Management and Its Role in Motivation and Productivity.
Abstract:
The report discusses work environment, noting that workday affairs must be managed so as to satisfy the social and emotional needs of people, thereby providing creative, constructive, satisfying, and productive reactions among workers. Motivation toward participation in the management process is seen as involving the sense of accomplishment, the feeling of independence, a desire for knowledge about what is happening, and a sense of creativity. The result is increase of productivity.
