Abstract:

The report describes a package of programs for practical use of an existing oceanic acoustic ray program RAYTRACE The RAYTRACE program is also presented with appropriate CDC 1604 computer operation procedures. Several of the programs in the package are presented to provide a method for developing the input data to the RAYTRACE program in required format. The last program in the package PLOTRAY provides a means of visual display of the acoustic ray via CALCOMP graphics.
