Abstract:

The DC model parameters for diodes and transistors used in circuit analysis programs NET-2, CIRCUS-II, SCEPTRE, etc. are not readily available. The report explains how to obtain these model parameters using the Tektronix Type 576 curve tracer. The value of this technique lies in the low cost of and easy access to the equipment required.
