Abstract:

A 1-year no cost extension was obtained for this contract. Funding has been secured from PRORP grant number OR160026 for a Phase III RCT contract number W81XWH-17-01-0665. An IND application to the FDA has been classified as clinical hold. We have executed a contract with EXOVA to perform an analysis of ketotifen for trace heavy elements, the outstanding issue leading to the clinical hold classification. IRB approval has been obtained at the lead institution for the Phase III RCT.
