Abstract:

The purpose of the report is to present a description of the Navy net expenditure forecasting model developed to provide the Assistant Secretary of the Navy FM, in his role as Comptroller of the Navy, with a capability of predicting net expenditures of Navy funds with appropriate confidence. The model was designed to assist the Comptroller in conducting meaningful and accurate analyses of Navy expenditures. Author
