Abstract:

Beryllium oxide was investigated to determine possible dimorphism. Beryllium sulfide was also studied. Regular modification of beryllium oxide could not be established. It was found that beryllium sulfide crystallizes regularly with a sphalerite structure, and density was found to be 2.36. Author
