Abstract:

The handbook is a compilation of the Ebers-Moll model data for use in transient circuit analysis programs. The model data was obtained from several sources listed in the references. Much of this data is in a form of the charge control model the equations used to transform these parameters to the Ebers-Moll configuration are discussed in the appendix. Methods of calculating the Hybrid Pi model parameters from the Ebers-Moll parameters are also presented. Accuracy of this data is not guaranteed and the interested user should consult the originators of the referenced documents on their instrumentation techniques. Author
