Abstract:

The system description of COLEX, Part I, includes 1 an overall flow diagram of the COLEX files and computer programs, 2 a general description of each IBM 7094 computer program, 3 a layout or diagram of each file generated by COLEX programs, 4 a detailed discussion of the design logic of the COLEX retrieval program, and 5 a general description of the request data analysis and summary program. Part II of this volume contains the COLEX Users Manual in its entirety. The manual provides a description of the COLEX system and instructions to assist the user in operating COLEX on the SDCARPA Time Sharing System TSS using the ANFSQ-32 computer. Author
