Abstract:

This report is a detailed description of the Data EditorDoctor, the largest single task in the Second Generation Orbital Improvement Program -- a program designed to determine the orbit of a near - earth satellite using only doppler data. The program is implemented on an IBM 7094-I and 7094-II. This task, as well as the entire program, is written in assembly language and is executed under the control of the SOS Monitor.
