Abstract:

Based on the results of the data collected on FAA printed circuits boards previous report, this report contains a comprehensive analysis to determine the effect standard printed circuit board size requirements would have on existing FAA equipment. The analysis takes into account FAA maintenance and logistic systems. Significant benefits can be accrued if parameters, in addition to the board size, are properly standardized and applied.
