Abstract:

During the course of the contract the authors have defined the physical components in relation to the animals tested, determined the efficacy of jet injection in relation to the biological effectiveness of live antigen on a host animal, compared the relative efficacy of jet injected antigens with those administered by needle and syringe and made recommendations on improvements of existing equipment.
