Abstract:

The study of biochemical alterations in patients with inflammatory processes in the lungs is reported. The following conclusions were drawn In 25 healthy individuals, 18-55 years of age, the blood-serum content of beta-lipoproteins falls within the limits 400-600 mg a single application of antibiotics penicillin, streptomycin, monomycin, tetracycline, oleandomycin, erythromycin to healthy individuals and to patients with acute and chronic pneumonia, in various doses, does not have any essential influence on the level of beta-lipoproteins in the blood serum during acute pneumonia oscillations in the level of beta-lipoproteins are found in the majority of patients demonstrating exacerbation of chronic penumonia, a high level of beta-lipoproteins is observed during cachexia the blood-serum level of beta-lipoproteins drops below normal.
