Abstract:

The basic question is what will be the effects if amnesty is granted to all draft evaders of the Vietnam War. Research was conducted in the Army War College Library, and the Carnegie Library, Eufaula, Alabama. The paper examines the importance of the meaning , the history of amnesty, and the effects, if amnesty is granted to all draft evaders of the Vietnam War. Modified author abstract
