Thermal Stability of the Plasma Protein Fraction, Plasmanate.
Abstract:
Visual examination of Plasmanate bottles for evidence of significant protein denaturation i.e., turbidity, precipitation, gelling is sufficient to identify those that have been subjected to temperatures of 150F or greater for a sufficient time to render them unsuitable for clinical use. By the criteria employed in this study, Plasmanate is not adversely affected by temperatures up to 140F for a period of 48 Hr. Author
