The 1973 Conference covered the following topics Transistors, where the remarkable new GaAs high-frequency field effect transistors were presented transferred-electron devices and their applications, where the GaAs and InP Gunn and related devices as well as the extremely high-frequency computer logic elements were covered IMPATT devices, where new high-power 8W C.W. GaAs devices were shown to have high efficiency 35.5 and TRAPATT devices that have generated high-pulse powers at high efficiencies.
