Abstract:

The report summarizes the initial phase of a three-phase plan of work devised by a group studying all MOS-related subjects taught in Advanced Individual Training AIT-Armor and AIT-Reconnaissance programs. In this phase, job-related tasks for Armor Crewman MOS 11D and Reconnaissance Specialist MOS 11E were examined and tentative proficiency levels were established for them. The resulting description of performance requirements provides the necessary base for the detailed evaluation of AIT program objectives that is currently under way. Author Modified Abstract
