Abstract:

The objective of this contract is the development of a display system consisting of light emitting diode arrays monolithically fabricated on single wafers of GaP, and integrated with the driving electronics. Progress in the design and development of prototype ceramic substrates strip metallization and green array fabrication are reported. The program for the next quarter is outlined. Author
