Replacing an earlier reference work, Tekhnicheskiye Normy na Nefteprodukty Technical Standards for Petroleum Products, the handbook updates this field by inclusion of additional products and discussion of properties and applications. Covered are fuels, oils, lubricants, and other commercial petroleum products produced by Soviet oil refining enterprises.
