Abstract:

The viscosity and density of solutions of calcium chloride with concentrations of 10, 20, 30 and 40 wt. percent were studied at temperatures of 25, 40, and 60 C. A formula found earlier for the viscosity of magnesium chloride solutions is applied to the calculation of the viscosity of calcium chloride solutions given. A comparison is presented of the result produced on viscosity of calcium chloride solutions with data from the literature. Author
