Abstract:

Lubricating oil for pneumatic drills based on mineral oil with a viscosity of 40-50 cSt at 50 degrees centigrade is distinguished by the fact that in order to lower the concentration of oily aerosol and to improve performance properties of the lubricating oil, ethylene dialkylxanthate, sulfonate additive, and polyisobutylene with a molecular weight of 12,000-14,000 are added to the lubricating oil and that it consists of 3-10 percent ethylene dialkylxanthate, 1-5 percent sulfonate additive, 0.1-0.4 percent polyisobutylene molecular weight 12,000-14,000, and the remaining percent mineral oil with a viscosity of 40-50 cSt at 50 degrees centigrade.
