Abstract:

The following conclusions are drawn from the study of the 1964 MOS evaluation test for Track Vehicle Mechanic, MOS 632.2 the total evaluation test had a validity coefficient of .21 optimal weighting of BSMAs did not significantly increase the validity of the total evaluation test and further increases in validity should be expected in future administration with proper item selection.
